Topics will include Negotiating the Social Security Maze, Preserving Eligibility for Government Benefits through Proper Estate Planning, Special Needs Trusts, Guardianship and Less Restrictive Alternatives - The Implications for Consent; Health Care Proxies, Selecting a Knowledgeable Attorney and Options for Continuing Education Beyond High School.
